Once an order is placed you will receive your leaflet design preview in 2-3 working days. Once approved for print delivery will be 4-5 working days. Our working days are Monday - Friday.

On our standard turnaround, during busy periods we will complete a minimum of one batch of amendments per 24 hours. Our working hours are 10am-7pm Monday - Friday.

We offer a 100% money back guarantee with all of our designs. If the first draft of the leaflet design doesn't meet your expectations, we will refund your money in full.

All designs come with unlimited amendments to get things just right for you. We cannot refund a design fee once amendments have been made.

At minimum we require all the text you would like on the design, you can have as much or as little input as to the look and style as you like.

You can supply a logo to be included in your design. If you don't have a logo we can include a simple text based one free of charge for you.

We can include images you supply (high res) or we can use stock images from www.123rf.com at no extra charge.

Do I pay VAT? - generally leaflet design and print is zero vat rated, so no VAT to pay. If your leaflet is to be used as a voucher (get xx off with this leaflet), or requires a section for the reader to write on, or requires a section meant to be cut out. Then HMRC states VAT will be payable.
